Programs and eligibility
Programs target professional marketing coordinators, growth associates, startup founders, and in-house KR teams enrolling in Demand Capture-oriented workshops. Enrollment may be declined when capacity thresholds or prerequisite evidence is insufficient.
Intellectual property
Slides, facilitation scripts, murals, spreadsheets, recordings (where expressly provided), and written feedback remain owned by Flare Ripple or its licensors unless a purchase order specifies otherwise.
Participant responsibilities
Participants must safeguard login materials, refrain from redistribution of mentor assets without written approval, and provide accurate roster information for facilitator planning.
Liability caps
To the fullest extent permissible under Republic of Korea law, Flare Ripple is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages stemming from reliance on generalized website copy. Live programs carry separate limitation language in cohort agreements.
Dispute handling
Disputes first undergo good-faith negotiation. Where negotiation fails within thirty days, parties submit to the jurisdiction of competent courts seated in Ulsan unless mandatory consumer statutes dictate otherwise.
Modifications
We update these Terms to reflect evolving programs. Material changes gain a refreshed last updated date atop this document. Continued browsing after posting constitutes acknowledgement unless law requires affirmative consent.
