This Money-Back Policy outlines refund eligibility for paid studio programs listed online (approximate range KRW 210,000–740,000) once a binding enrollment acknowledgment is countersigned offline or via approved e-sign.

Fourteen-day cooling window
Participants may withdraw within fourteen days of payment capture provided no digital assets were downloaded and no synchronous sessions occurred. Withdrawals must email billing@flare-ripple.pro referencing cohort ID.
Partial refunds
After the first synchronous session begins, refunds cover unused instructional blocks only, proportional to unpublished mentor hours minus administrative allotment (typically twenty percent retained for scheduling overhead). Hardware kits dispatched remain non-refundable once opened.
Non-refundable items
Custom partner integrations, courier surcharges abroad, accelerated legal reviews, bespoke translation retainers once delivered, are non-refundable after performance begins.
Process
Submit invoices, learner ID, and payment instrument reference. Responses arrive within ten business days. Approved refunds reconcile through the originating channel.
Timelines
Card reversals finalize within fourteen business days contingent on issuer policies. Domestic transfers conclude within seven business days once approved internally.
KR consumer safeguards
Nothing here limits mandatory protections under Korean consumer regulations. Where statutes grant broader cancellation rights, statutes prevail. Arbitration clauses in bespoke enterprise agreements supersede summaries on this webpage only where legally enforceable.
